I was thinking of making my own wedding invitations, has any one else tried this? I'm worried that I'll buy all the materials, spend the time making them only for them to look very home made and I'll be to embarassed to send them out, so will end up buying more wedding invitations from the shop!
Does any one have any good ideas for simple to make wedding invites or website that they can recommend? |

Hi Emma
I came across a really good site while doing some research. This site shows you a picture of the ready made wedding invitation, instructions and a word template as well. It makes it really easy to create your own wedding invitations. I've linked directly to the revelant page. http://www.find-me-a-gift.co.uk/wedding/...ctions.asp Have fun making your wedding invitations. Kerrie G |

I'm making my own wedding invitations, actually I've almost finished making them. It took longer than I thought and quite fiddley but I love them.
I watched a lot of videos about making wedding invitations on YouTube before I made mine, helped with inspiration too. If you've got the time, I definitely make your own wedding invitations. If you don't think you'll have enough time or patience then buy them, there's no point stressing yourself out about them. Sandra |

Hi Kerrie, Sandra
Thanks for the link to making your own wedding invites, it was really useful. Luckily I do have enough time to make my wedding invitation and I'm going to use one of the templates from the site you suggested Kerrie. Thanks again Emma
